Terms of payment
All purchases are payable by credit card or bank transfer. We accept Visa / MasterCard and all cards are accepted for payment in Liqpay systems. You will be invoiced and charged to your credit card at the time of ordering. You warrant that you are the legal owner of the credit card from which the purchase is debited and that the card is your property. All payments are verified by authorized banking institutions. These companies are responsible for storing and automatically processing information for each order, including bank card information in a secure format. In the event that it is not possible to receive funds, or an error occurs for any reason, the online purchase process will be canceled.
Delivery
Your goods will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process. All ordered goods will be shipped by one delivery or by several as agreed by the parties. Delivery will be made to the address provided when placing the order and after confirmation of receipt of funds. Return
The law provides for the right of the buyer to return the product of good quality, did not fit in its shape, color and other individual characteristics within 14 days from the day following the purchase. Such a product must not be in use and must keep its presentation, including packaging. Email us for the return address, then ship. Once we receive the item back, we will let you know and process your refund for your purchase.

Please note that the colors of the products on this website will vary depending on your monitor and may not be 100% accurate. Also, please note that all of our products are made from natural materials. Certain features of the material (wrinkles, cracks, spots) and colors (shades and variations within the individual product, as well as natural darkening of the metal) should not be considered as defects. We reserve the right to change information without prior notice.
Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse an order if it seems dubious to us, or if we are sure that the client has provided incorrect or unfair information. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding pre-order payment.
Prices
Product prices are shown without VAT. Orders are delivered from the PRYANIK warehouse in Kiev (Ukraine). We reserve the right to change the prices on our website at any time and without prior notice. However, such price changes will only apply to new orders. Prices for orders already placed will remain unchanged.
Guarantee
We guarantee a free replacement for an obvious defect in material, fittings and consumables (fixing rubber). Natural micro-scratches, streaks, discoloration in the group of natural materials (leather and fabrics of vegetable origin) are not a defect and cannot be replaced.
