Payment and delivery

PAYMENT:

Payment can be made as follows:
- by Visa / MasterCard and all plastic cards allowed for payment in Liqpay, Privat24 and WayForPay systems;
- in cash upon pickup from our workshop or pay by transfer to Visa / MasterCard.

Delivery to other countries:
For international shipments, we use national postal services.
Delivery time to europe: 8-14 business days
Delivery time to USA: 14-21 business days

Delivery in Ukraine:
We use the delivery service Nova Poshta. Delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 days, depending on the location of the settlement.
Delivery across Ukraine: according to the carrier's tariffs.

* We will not refund shipping charges if returned. In this case, all costs associated with the return of products are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN:
The law provides for the right of the buyer to return the product of inadequate quality, which did not fit in its shape, color and other individual characteristics within 14 days from the day following the purchase. Such a product must not be in use and must retain its presentation, including packaging. Email us for a return address, then ship. Once we receive the item back, we will let you know and process your refund for your purchase.
